Missing or broken 32-bit liblcms.so.1 library

As of version 13.0, CrossOver no longer uses this library. This article left in place for reference only.

Description

Provides color profile information to Windows applications. This is particularly useful if you have color-calibrated your screen but some applications need it even if you have not done so.

Resolution

As of 13.0 CrossOver uses a newer version of this library. See the Missing liblcms2.so.2 library page.
Current Linux distributions only provide newer versions of this library which cannot be used by older CrossOver versions.

To install this library, run one of the following commands as root, or look for the corresponding package names in your favorite package manager:

32-bit Debian or Ubuntu : apt-get install liblcms1
64-bit Debian or Ubuntu : apt-get install liblcms1:i386
32/64-bit Fedora : yum install liblcms1
32 bit CentOS : yum install lcms-libs.i686
32/64-bit Mandriva : urpmi liblcms1
32-bit SUSE : zypper install liblcms1
64-bit SUSE : zypper install liblcms1-32bit
